Leduc and District Victim Services Unit (LDVSU) is a non-profit unit that works in partnership with 5 RCMP detachments in 8 municipalities to assist victims of crime and tragedy.
Our unit provides immediate on-site crisis, trauma, safety and support services to victims of crime and sudden tragedy. Services are provided at no costs to people of all ages. Although our program is partially funded by municipal and provincial grants, we rely heavily on private donations and fundraising initiatives to provide essential victim assistance programs.
The Leduc and District Victim Services Unit MASQUERADE BALL is a bi-annual event that honours our tremendous volunteers, highlights community partners and brings awareness and necessary funds to our organization and the programming we provide.
